At Renaissance Homes 4 U, our aim to is help first time buyers, Property
Investors and Homes movers get the right deal in the current financial market.
We pass on all discounts received from builders/vendors and all we require
is a 5% of the purchase price.
Your 5% will be used to cover all associated cost which normally comes
with the purchase of a property. It is normal that we take the 5% upfront
upon signing our sales agreement form.

- Arrange the mortgage through our mortgage brokers and we aim to get you the best rate possible based on your circumstance.
- Use our nominated solicitors to complete all conveyance work and completion of sale.
- Cover the stamp duty and any mortgage lending associated fee with the mortgage.
- Giving first time buyers and home movers the peace of mind about Negative Equity by giving them the option to join our scheme. NES
